This historic deck girder bridge crosses an overflow channel of Macoupin Creek, near the Macoupin Creek Bridge

The bridge features three deck girder main spans, which are some of the oldest of that design; approached by more modern I-Beams.
It rests on stone and concrete substructures. The stone piers are very well built, and enhance the bridge nicely.

The author has ranked this bridge as locally significant, due to the common design, despite the age.
